Availability

Cloth endeavours to keep the website as up to date as possible and ensure all items are in stock. In the unlikely event we receive an order for an out of stock item you will be informed as quickly as possible and offered a full refund or alternative item.

If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.


Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. It goes without saying, customer information will not be disclosed or shared with any third parties.


Security

Cloth does not store credit card numbers in its database. When you place an order with us, we will transfer you to our credit card processing service provided by Paypal. When placing an order with us, the information WE DO collect is as follows,

- Address
- Email
- Phone Number

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. You can register with our website newsletter if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you select to do so. You can always unsubscribe from our updates at any time.


Shipping

For UK orders we charged a flat rate of £4.95 for postage and package. We aim to dispatch all orders before 3pm the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. You can expect to receive your package between 1-2 days from date of dispatch.

On International orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. Our shipping rates are as follows:

- EU (Norway & Switzerland) £12.95
- Russia (Non EU) £14.95
- Rest of World (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia) £20.00

As methods of shipping sometimes require the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the goods.

All our packages are insured and traceable. You will be notified via email of your unique package tracking number. You can view your delivery progress at the Royal Mail website. www.royalmail.com.

Returns

Sometimes things arent just quite right, If you are not 100% satisfied with you item, we will happily offer an exchange or refund.


To Return an Item:

- Please complete and enclose the Returns form with your goods. Let us know whats wrong with your item and if you require an exchange or refund.

- Returns must be made within 14 days after you have received your package. Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, complete with all original tags and packaging (shoebox etc).

- The goods are your responsibility until we receive them back at the store, so please look after them. We recommend a traceable and insured postage service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost / damaged during transit. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

- Once the item returned has been inspected by us you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund as requested by you in the returns form. Refunded items will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

- All sale items are final sale unless faulty where a credit or refund will be issued.

Faulty Goods

The same 14 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if something's going to go wrong it will go wrong quickly if its a manufacturers defect.

We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product.

All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection by us before we can confirm if they are indeed faulty. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection. This can take a little bit of time and we apologise in advance for this.


Changes to these terms

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.


Tax Free Shopping

Cloth offers tax free shopping to customers outside the European Union. This will remove the 20% UK consumer tax (VAT) currently included in the price.

This will be deducted at the checkout, the site will recognise your IP address as being outside of the EU and will automatically deduct the tax from the price of your purchases. Simply follow the payment process from there and your items will be shipped to you.
